How much Tech Should i have?

I see people at 1000 more  strength than me with less infra than me. I currently have around 65 Tech. How much should i have?

i have like 1000+ infra, 5k strength and 35 tech >_>...tech isnt important til you're way stronger im pretty sure.

Tech reduces infra bills, but it stops after 200, so I'd get 200 once you're stronger.  Problem is, it costs a hell of a lot.
