War weariness.

How does it decrease my tonic happiness? Specifically, casualties.
I have 730 Attacking Casualties but how much will it affect me? Is it permanant?
I would love to help out RIA members that get attacked but I don't know what damage declaring war will do on my nation.

My nation has 139k casualties. It doesn't decrease happiness. It'll only decrease happiness if you get anarchied.

it doesn't affect you in the long run. it's just a record of how warmongering you are. if you lose 50,000 overall, you can get a war memorial wonder, but it's kind of useless.

If you're at war, you have more important things than toniculation happiness to worry about  

Even anarchy isn't the end - you can still fight from anarchy. What you REALLY need to worry about in war is having enough money to pay your bills. Oh, and killing your opponent better than he's killing you.

Unlikely anyone can match diskord. I've been through 2 GWs so far with dozens of tech raids and my casualty count is only hovering close to 500K

Having diskord as my alliance's military head makes me feel safe and secure. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure his soldiers disagree about that whole safety thing
