I don't know if it sucks, nor do I know if it's good. But two Browser Games is enough for me. So, no thanks.

I log into CyberNations for a total of like 10 minutes at most a day.... so not sure what other efforts there are for me to pour into it.

Well, ten minutes a day for CN is enough I think. Some others are only there to collect taxes, pay bills and buy infra. It just takes a few seconds. So 10 minutes are absolutely enough I think.
