I go from Dark to Imperial, which took me this game an hour and ten minutes. There was several conflicts here, and you have to deal with them all. I went from Defense to offense and back several times.

It will be me(teutons), Ramathura(Aztecs), Darius(Persia), and Eric(franks) vs. General Jo-mien(Japanese), Wild Jack(Spanish), King Charles (Byzantines), and Saladin Saracens)

The map will be a custom scenario. All teams start in the dark ages with 500 gold, food, stone, and wood.

as soon as possible
Nothing made the game more enjoyable for me then a tank rush while they still had bows and arrows.
Didn't happen too often though...

Wrong game, lawl.

I run teutonic knights, trebuchets, paladins, and rams.

Teutonic Knights obliterate all other infantry + certain mounted units. Weak against Archers.
Paladins are for kicking the crap out of archers.
Rams/ Trebuchets for breaking down walls, towers, and castles

Cursed Mongols with their bonuses toward seige, arrows, and stuff. I'll run Camels in a pinch.

maybe add some splash catapults to this? Be a moving-fortress.

I would rather a light, fast army, because I am a fast gamer. So I can micromanage my archers. mongols

I hate catapults. Whenever I carry them with my army they end up killing more of my soldiers than the enemy. And if I leave them behind for a second they get owned by a ramdom enemy villager.

K. This game was epic. I share two borders with Rama, One with Eric, and one with the General. I wall myself in. Eric is fighting off General, and pretty soon everyone and their grandma is punching Eric. There at least 20 seperate assualts on my walls throughout the whole game. Luckily, these people suck at Techs. I make a fighting force of 12 teutonic knight, and let them loose in The General's territory. They kill around 40 villagers before dying. I make another force of trebuchets and teutonic knights. I also run cannon galleons which break all resistance on the beachs.

Eric calls a jihad, and he,Rama, and Darius make huge ass navies and beat the shit outta Charles. While I'm hitting the General, These guys triple team him, and he surrenders. I make short work of the general, with my trebs,teutoniic knights, and cannon galleons. General surrenders

I make a huge army, (Trebs, Paladins, and T-Knights) This army marches into Wild Jack's territory, and Jack can't repulse for shit, and he is easily killed, with Eric helping me.

Now, There is only saladin left. With the remainder of my army, we march up to his gates. Its fucking normandy. Ships are getting cut down, left and right. We can't get through. I call in my cannon galleons, and they rape his gates, towers, castles. They also cut down a vital gate that allows Rama and Darius to get through. We get everyone inside, and soon we are all pillaging. Saladin falls like a house of calls.

i used to play this. i bet you could get it cheap now.

i had an asian friend who would kill with the korean civ. i would take the aztecs and wtfpwn anyone who used cavalry.

before the expansion i used britons a lot. go longbows. with enough archers you can do anything...
