What would you consider my knee:

Injured by slipping into a gopher hole while running a 6 mile run in the woods (we did this EVERY DAY).  Then, before it was completely healed, I started running with them again, and we started running 8 miles a day.  This caused me to tear a ligiment and seize up me knee becuase of my kneecap.  Thats NOT ALL!

Then, becuase the kneecap didn't hail correctly the second time, it got infected under the kneecap (somehow???) and they had to insert a strange-shaped needle up it to drain it so it didn't get gangreen.

As a result, I can't really run very far or fast for a long time anymore.
