Well, I may as well add this story here because it can't really fit anywhere else:
So, we were at the taste of chicago with a big group and the girls were going to the bathroom, so I figured, we were there so why not.
Anyway, I walk in and there is this guy whole is holding his 5-6 year old kid who has his pants on the floor up so that he could pee in the "big boy urinals".
Now, this kid was NOT pleased, as they were in line for the urinal and his dad had him under his arms. Well, after I got back outside, the guy is there with his kid again, who is STILL PANTSLESS. Apparently, the guy (in his haste to get the kid outside and calm him down) had forgotten the pants and underwear inside, and THEY HAD BEEN STOLEN. burritos him and his wife with they half naked 5 year old son.
I'm actually not sure why some parents believe it is "appropriate" to have their childrens naked in public.
Heres another similar story from when I was in georgia at the beach:
We are getting ready to leave, and are all in the car (minus my friends wife who was at the bathroom changing).
Anyway, we are parked by one of those weird beach-shower things facing the beach (but the shower thing was almost directly in front of us).
Now, we are parked their waiting and this guy brings his kid who was probably around 11-12 years old and his other kid who was probably around 7 over to the shower. The windows were up and the music was on, butand he seemed to be telling them something. They both seemed to protest but the 7 year old seemed to go into a fit.
Now, my one friend THOROUGHLY enjoys watching young kids throw fits because he thinks it's hilarious how like a 7 year old can exhert their will upon those 5-6 times his age so he turned down the music and opened the windows. His plan was to heckle, but that quickly changed.
With the windows down we heard the protesting that they didn't want to shower in public because everyone would see them, which we thought was funny, cause it wasn't like they were "showering" showering. The 7 year old was screaming and crying though. Anyway, their dad said that they wouldn't be getting in the car unless they did, and he turned on the water. Then, without any fight or anything, the 11-12 year old stripped himself naked and began showering. It was this time that my friends wife returned (there was actually a gorup of about 7 of us now), and being out-spoken like she is, after getting in and seeing what was happening, decided it would be a good idea to go and ask the dad WTF he was doing. Well my friend didn't let her go right away. The kid showered and then his dad gave him a towel and he ran to his car.
Now, the younger one was still crying and screaming. His dad left the water on, grabbed his kid by the arm and pulled him close. He said something and the kid began crying louder. Then, what amazed my friends wife, as that the guy grabbed his sons swim trunks, nearly torn them off (he knocked the kid to the sand) and then threw them out toward the beach, burritos his son on his hands and feet in the sand crying and screaming completly naked in the middle of a beach that was almost filled to capacity.
Anyway he grabbed his kid, held him down under the water and washed him, then put him back down and sent him out into the beach to retreive the trunks.
At this point, my friends wife could no longer take this and got out. Now, she's a "big girl" and is EXTREMELY strong. As soon as she was out, my friend turned the engine on. She walked upto the kids dad and started yelling at him. He began yelling back, and she kicked him in the crotch before running back to the car.
I'm not sure exactly how it concluded after that, because once she was in the car we sped off.
Anyway, that relates here because 2 of the things I fucking hate are:
1. Children who throw fits and manipulate their parents (or attempt to)
2. Parents who think that no matter how old their kid is, it is socially acceptible to have their children naked in public.
I mean, at the taste of chicago, that kid had like a 60% chance of being raped BEFORE he had his pants stolen.
