yes technically it's illegal for minors to have sex. but they are also technically the victims if they do. no one ever prosecutes the minor for statutory rape of an adult. or sex in general. not that it matters for you.

I dunno the legality. Kids are having sex super-young now-a-days though.

I remember reading an article about how the teacher of some 8 year olds stepped out to get copies or something, and was going to the officer. She got about half-way, then went back to the room to grab something, and when she went in, most of the students were grouped around in the back of the room. She went over to see what was wrong, and 2 of the students were having sex on the floor.

Apparently, they were "boyfriend and girlfriend" and had seen it on the internet. They told their friiends they had done it with each other, but were not believed, thus, they ended up fucking in the back of the class to prove it...

Also, I remember there was a 12 year old "sex club" in Chicago a few years back. Basically, some kids started the club, and to become a member you had to have sex with someone who was already a member while the club watched.

Theres some real craziness with under-age sex going on as of late...
