meh. Just like most movie-to-game adaptations suck, most game-to-movie adaptations are also less than satisfying.

Folks, this trailer was made by a fan of the game with scenes from other movies. It is not a real trailer for a Bioshock movie. I have seen this video before, and it does not represent how good or bad a Bioshock movie would be. Move along.

Really, I mean the plane crash scene when he's in the with the fire looks just like the scene from the game. Also what about the big daddys?

That scene you speak of was from Cast Away. I don't know which movie the Big Daddy-esque things were from, but here's the YouTube description for this video:

Now with a 2010 release date, the official movie will be directed by Gore Verbinski (Pirates of the Caribbean).
